As with any transaction there are opportunities where the wrong item is ordered and a customer inconvenience will occur. We really strive to minimize any mistakes and apologize if we made one.
All processed orders that are returned must have a prior return autorization number. When calling for a return authorization number please have your invoice ready. All returns must have a return number or they will not be accepted. All returns must be received in original packaging. The packaging must be in new condition (no scratches, tears, dents, or other markings). No exceptions the sku numbers on the items must be intact.
